This is Harris County, not Houston, Texas. Fireworks are not illegal here, but we are growing to the point I believe they should be band. This film was shot over about fifteen minutes of time. At least Elle enjoined herself. Our neighbor used to be the worst one until the fireworks stand moved in. No fireworks within 300 feet. Counting my blessings.
